Meet our Retailers

The Midtown Square project is organized around a 16,000-square-foot publicly accessible square, which will be lined with retail shops and is intended to be an active community gathering space from day to night. The retail tenant selection process, initiated in the summer of 2019, has focused on finding locally-owned, independent businesses that will serve as an amenity to the neighborhood and add vibrancy to the project. Significant emphasis was placed on the inclusion of African-American and minority-owned businesses before widening opportunities to a larger pool of candidates. Letters of intent have been submitted for remaining retail spaces, which will be announced here as details are finalized.

HITT LAB was founded in 2016 by local West Seattlite Cathy Kerns. Having always been interested in health and fitness and having worked for some of the biggest fitness franchises in the country, she left her job in corporate America and opened her own facility - bringing the best practices of larger gyms and combining it with the fun local flair of the PNW.
